Outsourcing Parenting..
Sounds strange but its true and happening..  Knowingly or unknowingly we are doing it. In fact it was happening 50 years back also when our parents are child, but that time it was happening with different reasons and now the reason is different. As we know outsourcing means assigning our work to somebody who has more knowledge or specialization in that field.

In older days the children’s used to grown up in a joint family where the parents need not look at the child since there are enough people to look after and since they are family members ,child used to grow fast in a healthy environment with lots of love and affection. But over the years the families became single and staying out of native makes them stay alone. Both the parents are working and don’t have time for child so the parenting is outsourced to day care or something similar to this.

So how good is today’s parenting outsourcing compare to older days. Earlier it was automotive and compulsory since you never know when exactly you have really outsourced parenting, it just happened. But now it’s more of requirement of today’s world. Since both the parents are working Child has to be taken care by somebody and that’s how we pulled in day care guys.. But how good they are compare to the grandparents.. They do it for money so commitment will be till they know their money incoming is safe afterwards the commitment will go but the love and affection is missing. The food they are giving you can only wish its good. The people who are actually taking care of child are kind of maids only and how good culture they can provide God only knows.

Childs age of 1-5 years is the age where they learn maximum and if that time they will expose to learning from maids I guess we are doing a big mistake. We might not see the result immediately but in future it might hurt us dearly. We need to take a decision earning money is more important or growing the child is more important. The child will not get the childhood again so make the baby’s childhood the best one and probably we need to revisit our decision of putting our baby to Day care.
